Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We generally use UPS or USPS for all shipments. If you have an address that requires a specific shipping method, please email us at info@nudgeprinting.com ASAP so that we can make the proper arrangements.

Made to Order Program

Products under our Made to Order program can take upwards of 2 weeks. These products are not stocked in inventory and are produced after being ordered.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $7 flat rate shipping on all orders within the USA. Orders of $49 or more ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship domestically and within the USA.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nudgeprinting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if an item arrives damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nudgeprinting.com. We want you to be happy and will gladly exchange any damaged item free of charge.
